About the roleAs the Customer Experience Coordinator at South Bank Corporation, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Customer Experience team, which encompasses Marketing and Communications and Events.
This full-time role is based in our South Bank, Queensland office and will see you playing a crucial part in streamlining office operations, systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
You'll help manage inquiries for events, venue bookings and provide support around venue hire agreements.
You'll also handle correspondence, purchase orders, accounts, expense claims, scheduling, coordination of meetings, minutes of meetings and create Power Point presentations.
This is a great, busy role where no two days are the same.
Skills and experience Formal qualifications in Business Administration (e.g.
