You will manage enquiries via various channels, coordinate communications and support events while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with staff on complex issues.
Promote projects through various communication methods.
Support community engagement activities for insights.
Maintain confidentiality and manage records in compliance with policies.
Requirements: Proven experience with Salesforce for customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
