What does the job look like? BevChain Eagle Farm warehouse operation requires an experienced customer service professional to oversee the seamless delivery of logistics and operational services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As a Customer Engagement Lead, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, acting as a key link between customers, teams and providers. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to SLAs and supports the success of the logistics and operations functions. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Key responsibilities: Liaise with multiple stakeholders to optimise service delivery, address issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, identifying and addressing any deviations to maintain service excellence. Foster an environment that encourages team members to embrace continuous improvement, empowering them to identify and implement enhancements in service efficiency. Ensure customers' needs are understood and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. Utilise data analytics to monitor service delivery metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, with a focus on service delivery and customer experience. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams. Experience with CRM systems and logistics management software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
