As the Customer, Design & Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role of our new partnership with Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP). You will shape our customer experiences, and drive innovation across Melbourne Park. If you're a visionary leader with a passion for digital transformation and culinary creativity, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive the future of our stadium's hospitality offerings.
Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:
Redefine hospitality, making our stadium a trendsetting epicentre Identify both local and international food and drink trends, suppliers, talents and brands that align with the year-round requirements of the precinct Oversee food and beverage brand positioning, messaging, and identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to expectations- on time and within budget Collaborating a creative team to amplify guest satisfaction and drive growth Revolutionise stadium dining with tech-savvy, immersive experiences Fuse cutting-edge tech, design, and innovation for a sensory overhaul Not only an exciting role, this presents a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience and contribute to the launch of Levy's first partnership in Australia. Already delivering legendary experiences at iconic events and destinations overseas, including Wimbledon, The US Open and Dodger Stadium, our partnership with M&OP will extend our exposure to the biggest and best and usher in a revolutionary change to the Australian hospitality scene.
The Position: Craft and execute a tech-driven catering strategy for streamlined customer interaction and efficient food delivery Spearhead customer-focused food design and innovation to create exceptional dining experiences, exceeding stadium expectations Establish and maintain relationships with MOP Clients / business partners / third party and vendors Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance menus, partnerships, and guest experiences Drive measurable results and ROI through digital plans, continuously improving guest satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue based on feedback The Person: Expertise in culinary design and innovation, collaborating with teams to create dining experiences that exceed customer expectations and reflect brand identity Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with hospitality, catering, and tech teams for innovation, optimized workflows, and exceptional service Strong financial and analytical skills in ensuring projects stay on budget & on target for delivery Proven track record in developing digital strategies, especially in hospitality or food service, leveraging emerging tech for enhanced engagement and streamlined operations Strong Stadia Hospitality knowledge of events, preferred In-depth knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and digital advancements.
