About the Opportunity
The Customer Contact Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Customer Contact Officers and the day-to-day operations of the Customer Contact Centre. This includes both the Front Counter and the Contact Centre to ensure that good relations with internal and external customers are established and maintained through the efficient delivery of quality service. This position is based in Dalby and is full time fixed term for three (3) years.
You will: Supervise day-to-day operations of the Customer Contact Centre, with a focus on delivering a professional service and the highest level of Customer Service excellence. Manage team member performance through the provision of relevant and appropriate formal and informal feedback. Be responsible for the administration of recruitment, professional development, and performance management of the Customer Contact Centre Team. Ensure cash handling and banking procedures are followed in accordance with Council's Cash Handling Guidelines.
This role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO. About yourself
A person in this position will need to hold a relevant Diploma in Management or a similar qualification in a related field, OR
be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have: Experience in a contact centre and people management.
