With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team of Customer Contact Officers.
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program at our Varsity Lakes site, followed by hybrid working conditions with the requirement to work 1 day per fortnight in the office.
You may select to work multiple days in the office if that is your preference.
Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Contact Officers for a Federal Government client.
In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist our clients with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
You will undergo thorough training at our Varsity Lakes site for the first 4 weeks, followed by hybrid working conditions working 1 day per fortnight from the office.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries and support issues.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather information Provide accurate information about our client's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements: Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for these roles.
Be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service role or call centre environment is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
