Join a collaborative State Government Department providing customer support Your new company
This State Government Department assists people within South Australia to resolve issues within specific areas of the law. They are seeking multiple temporary contractors to join them within their customer service team for a period of 8-weeks with the potential for extension.
Your new role
You will be providing case management and customer service to clients who are completing applications to be submitted to the department. You will manage the application from lodgement to completion, whilst providing comprehensive and professional customer service. You will be answering calls, emails and mail along with providing face-to-face customer service.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within a customer service role
Resilient and empathic nature
The ability to remain impartial while providing great customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong administration skills to ensure notes are accurate and comprehensive.
