Job Description Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing sales support to account managers, distributors, and stakeholders.Ensuring that stock is dispatched promptly and efficiently while maintaining operational flow.Performing administrative tasks, including processing sales orders are invoicing.Supporting the development and implementation of new procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.Providing exceptional customer service while proactively offering solutions.Work closely with the warehouse team. The Successful Applicant We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Support with strong experience in Salesforce and CRM systems, invoicing, and freight. The ideal candidate will also possess in-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when entering sales order data and managing client information. This fast-paced role involves working with clients via phone and email. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site at our Southbank office.
