Job Description:
HP is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 7 years of experience in customer care management who are looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:- Managing a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction- Developing and implementing customer care strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:- 7 years of experience in customer care management- Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Innovative mindset and adaptability to change- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
