Position Overview As Customer Care, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring their experience with our practice is seamless. This permanent position is available 30 to 38 hours per week with shifts on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.Managing appointment scheduling and reminders.Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.Processing payments and managing invoices.Maintaining accurate client records and files.Assisting with administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the clinic.Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
