About the Role We're looking for two amazing people to join our customer care team on a fixed term basis for three months. You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients and outbound calling to arrange follow-up appointments.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way.
Based in our modern Greenlane office, the role will be 40 hours a week.
Minimum Requirements Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise.Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative.Attention to detail.Amazing verbal communication skills.To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite.Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.On a personal level You will display the following personal attributes:
