We are looking for a Hearing Care Coordinator for our clinic in Baldivis, working on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Your day will involve Engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information. Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists. Contributing to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services. What we are looking for Experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments. Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.). Attention to detail with administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
