The Role
We are looking for charismatic and energetic individuals to join our Customer Care team, with positions available in our Burnie customer care centre.
You will be a team player and superior communicator who is friendly, ambitious, and able to clearly articulate our mission, products and services to members and customers.
These roles will involve providing high quality face to face and phone-based customer services to our members and customers across the full range of our Private Health Insurance products, building positive relationships and providing meaningful assistance to members.
Selection Criteria
Prior demonstrated experience in customer service and/or call centre position Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A high level of attention to detail Demonstrated ability to solve problems or escalate when required Advanced digital competency in a range of programs and member CRM systems Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure, effectively managing own workflow with consideration to team requirements Self-starter with a strong work ethic Demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse workforce and member base Strong customer orientation and desire to provide excellent customer solutions If you were here last week, you might have:
Responded to member enquiries via phone, email, or in person Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards customers Provided accurate and timely information that is in accordance with the requirements of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 Promoted a positive team culture demonstrating initiative and understanding of our expected behaviours Continuously maintained a high level of product and service knowledge through self-development and regular training Worked closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration in supporting our members Participated in regular local and state-wide team meetings Worked closely with prospective members explaining our value proposition and benefits of our products and services Through genuine engagement discussed with our members/prospective members how we can align our services to their personal needs Processed work items relating to member interactions and services we provide What we Offer
