Our client, a large, well known Health Provider is looking for an experienced outbound Customer Care Consultant to start ASAP until June 30th.

In this role you will be woking in an outbound call centre environment promoting a free health and welling being program to eligible members nationally.

The successful candidate:

Customer service or similar industries experience
Passion for results and a KPI driven environment
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
The ability to 'think outside the box’
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Persistence and resilience
Note: The successful candidate must have full working rights in Australia, and may be subject to background and police checks.
