About You: You pride yourself on your exceptional service and have solid experience working in a contact centre environment or in a care industry and are looking for a new career opportunity.

Your new role: As a Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator, you will help support families through a pivotal time in their lives.
This is achieved by delivering our services to client families through a culture of CARE and empathy.
Not only will you be joining a nationally recognised customer care centre you will also become part of our wider operations team – one of the highest engaged areas in InvoCare.

The role primarily involves: Being a first point of contact for families in the initial steps for arranging a funeral Organising transportation of a loved one into our care Delivering a strong customer experience Assisting with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks We are looking for extraordinary people to fulfil the shift patterns of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, or Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday - 7am to 3pm you must be available to work across our North Sydney location, there is also opportunities in our Granville location if preferred.
