Job Description:

Computershare is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers with their inquiries

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on people management and negotiation- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
