I am currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Customer Care Administrator position for a Luxury Appliances company based in the Inner West.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, and be responsible for managing customer complaints, handling warranty claims, providing detailed product knowledge, and updating clients and customers on delivery times. Your new role Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly and professionally. Process and manage warranty claims efficiently. Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information. Keep clients informed about delivery schedules and any changes. Maintain and update customer records in our database. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience with SAP is desired but not essential What you'll get in return A supportive and inclusive work environment.
