As a Customer Banking Specialist, you'll be at the forefront, working hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You'll have confidence in Auswide Bank's products and will initiate conversations to understand customers' requirements, ensuring we fulfill their needs. Although we may be a small bank, we're BIG for our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening/closing, and general inquiries. Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities. Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes or abnormalities, essentially completing a 'Financial Health Check.' Complete all compliance training and obligations by the due dates. Work cooperatively with other personnel and external partners to achieve the company's objectives and assigned tasks. What You'll Bring to the Table:
Clear and confident communication skills to build personal connections. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Quick thinking and fast learning abilities. Experience working with KPIs. Exceptional attention to detail. Current banking and/or lending experience is highly advantageous. Benefits:
