Mars Recruitment is partnered with a dynamic financial firm who is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join a growing team as a Customer & Sales Operations Associate.
As a key member of the team, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive customer engagement, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
About the Role: In this customer-centric role, you'll be responsible for supporting clients through the entire sales funnel—helping guide them from initial inquiry to settlement.
You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide exceptional service, and maintain strong relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
Your expertise will be pivotal in assisting with growth targets and enhancing service efficiency, while also providing insights to improve internal and external reporting systems.
Role and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding client service by managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.Manage end-to-end customer applications, ensuring smooth processing from inquiry to settlement.Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers, handling inquiries, applications, complaints, and feedback with empathy and care.Engage in cross-selling opportunities, client referrals, and credit assistance as appropriate.Assist with pipeline management and reporting, enabling proactive decision-making across teams.Support customer loan management and case tracking to ensure compliance and timely resolution.Experience in a customer service, sales, or client-focused role, ideally within financial services.Understanding of mortgages or home loans, highly desired.A proactive and consultative approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).How to Apply: If you are passionate about customer service, eager to contribute to a growing team, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
