You will lead, inspire, and motivate your team and support the Assistant Principal in developing, planning, delivering and monitoring the curriculum and student experience. This role will be supporting the management of learners and ensuring key requirements in relation to teaching, learning, assessment and quality are effectively embedded, so the delivery of learner outcomes, progression and learner/parent satisfaction is of the highest quality.The Curriculum Director will ensure programmes and timetables are relevant, effective and viable, and that staff utilisation is optimised and class sizes maximised. We are looking for someone who will deliver high quality support for all students and clients to support the mission, aims and strategic objectives of the college. Working alongside the Assistant Principal you will contribute to the implementation of innovative, developmental and sector leading strategies to continuously improve teaching, learning and assessment, and quality across the directorate, actively promoting a culture of excellence, inclusion and equal opportunity.Essential RequirementsEducated to degree level, or equivalent proven professional experience.Educated to a minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant Management Qualification or be prepared to work towards.Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff to achieve the highest level of quality and performance.Demonstrate a good level of IT competence.
