We have two newly created permanent roles as part of our Culture and People Experience team that will suit experienced Culture, Inclusion and Wellbeing specialists who are looking to drive positive change in these key roles at Australian Retirement Trust (ART).
As a Culture Specialist, you will:
Lead projects and initiatives, proactively contributing specialist capabilities to assigned business outcomes that directly contribute to the objectives of the Culture, People and Enterprise Strategy.Culture Roadmap Deliver and embed our culture roadmap.Collaboratively partner across the enterprise to efficiently integrate culture programs of work, into our delivery roadmap.Ensure regular reporting and insights in relation to progress against key priorities, for example embedding purpose and values.Empower Project Program Delivery: Execute the Empower experience end to end, including kick off, immersions, leadership insights, ongoing participant experience, communications, coaching, and other learning interventions.Facilitation: Facilitation of the Empower program, ensuring it is delivered effectively and meets the needs of participants.Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of the program through feedback and performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Resourcing and Budget Management: Manage the budget for Empower program, ensuring speakers, resourcing and funds are allocated efficiently and effectively for each cohort.As an Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist, you will:
Contribute to development of the Culture, Inclusion and Belonging and Holistic Wellbeing strategy ensuring alignment to the People and Culture Strategy and the Australian Retirement Trust's vision, purpose and strategy.Deliver and embed our inclusion, belonging and holistic wellbeing strategy and roadmap.Lead projects and initiatives, proactively contributing specialist capabilities to assigned business outcomes that directly contribute to the objectives of the Inclusion and Belonging, Holistic Wellbeing, People and Enterprise Strategy.Collaboratively partner across the enterprise to efficiently integrate programs of work, connecting inclusion and belonging and holistic wellbeing into our delivery roadmap.About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:
Demonstrated experience operating as a specialist, and leading people and culture initiatives end-to-end, including cross-functional project teams.Consulting experience in inclusion, belonging and holistic wellbeing strategies; maturity frameworks/citations - embedding and evolving cultures to achieve inclusion and wellbeing outcomes or in culture strategies and transformation.Demonstrated experience in a leadership development, organisational development, or a related field. Experience in program management and working with senior leaders is essential.Versatile experience across several practice areas within People & Culture, including talent management, capability development, culture and engagement, inclusion and belonging.Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing customer-centric solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.About us
