You will provide strategic and operational leadership for all centre-based operations, which includes community preschools, long day care centres, out of school hours care and vacation care. Working with the CEO and Board, you will develop strategy and ensure its effective implementation to deliver on our vision. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of every centre by focusing on the quality of Centre Directors, their teaching teams, and positive outcomes for children.

What you'll do As the Cultural Coordinator you will lead Big Fat Smile in the design, development and implementation of an orgnisational Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and associated activities. The role provides high-level support and advice across all services (birth-12 years) to educators and key stakeholders in the implementation of educational strategies relating to Indigenous education and engagement.
