Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand as a CTP Claims Specialist.Your RoleWe're looking for a CTP Claims Review Specialist to join the CTP Claims Liability and Disputes team. This role is responsible for the timely and high-quality management of disputes, contributing to trends and insights, and making recommendations that drive the continuous improvement of claims service and outcomes. The role reinforces IAG's reputation as a model litigant and enables a 'one CTP' approach to dispute management.You'll own the end-to-end management of formal CTP dispute processes, including internal reviews, liability and threshold matters such as Whole Person Impairment (WPI), treatment and care, earning capacity, and minor injury.
