If you have strong customer service experience and a passion for helping people, this great position within insurance will give you the platform to develop into a successful insurance professional.
This role focuses on our ability to intervene with empathy in an injured person's claim experience, to facilitate services they need to get the best possible recovery from their injury following a motor vehicle accident.
The QBE Case Management model involves liaising with essential external stakeholders in the claim such as doctors, treatment providers, and solicitors to help support the injured person through the claims process.
As a Case Manager in CTP Insurance at QBE, you will: Learn all about insurance, in particular CTP Insurance;Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face;Guide and provide support to people throughout their recovery, advising them what happens next;Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;Look after claims from start to finish with the help of your leaders.About you: Be customer focused and genuinely care about people;Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life);The confidence to make decisions and be empowered;Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and emphatic manner on the phone;An allied health background is a bonus but not essential;Have good computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems;Be able to prioritise work;Not be afraid to ask for help when help is needed.About QBE
