About You We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications and skills:
Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with specialist registration and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.Clinical Expertise: Proven track record of high standards in mental health practice, alongside experience in quality improvement and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary setting.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, professional integrity, and the capacity to build positive working relationships with colleagues and patients.Commitment to Development: Ongoing engagement in professional development, teaching experience, and a thorough understanding of mental health policies and recovery-based practices.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
