The HR Technology team is one of the amazing teams within our Employee Experience & Services area.
Our small yet mighty group wants everyone to feel as passionate about Workday as we do!
We strive to make our HR processes as efficient and awesome as possible, collaborating cross-functionally and providing outstanding customer service.
The Gig
As our Senior Workday Analyst, HCM & Talent, you'll be the go-to guru for all things Workday HCM.
Whether it's organisations, tenant settings, or EIBs, you'll keep everything running smoothly.
You'll step in to shine on the Talent and Recruiting modules, too, lighting the way for our talent to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
Tweak and Tune : Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
Team Up : Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to turn their business needs into system solutions.
Fix and Finesse : Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy.
Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday.
Optimise and Innovate : Monitor our help desk, conduct root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better.
Lead and Inspire : Take the lead for enhancements and projects, driving improvements across our Workday system and our CSL processes.
Stay Ahead : Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system.
Analyse and Advise : Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
What You Bring
5+ years overall HRIS experience 3+ years Workday configuration in a global work environment Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field A solid grasp of HR processes and best practices Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills Great communication skills and collaboration Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a global organisation is highly desired Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
