OPPORTUNITY
As a Sr Producer, you will contribute to the design, development, and live ops management of a brand new IP. Our first game is a PvE multiplayer ARPG that is launching in early access in April. This is a role for a scrappy and hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES Guide the creation and delivery of a "AAA" game world experience through its early access launch and beyond. Manage Art, Design, Audio, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience. Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company. Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager. Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products. Experience with live team operations or software as a service. Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment. Must love games! DESIRABLE Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games. Experience with JIRA or similar software. Experience working on a distributed team spread across several timezones (From Hawaii to Brazil). WHAT WE OFFER Fully remote work, with a yearly company offsite.
