We're seeking a creative and talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our team and bring our vision to life through stunning visuals and engaging content.
As a Videographer & Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing compelling video content to elevate our brand and showcase our agents, properties, and events. This position requires expertise in filming, editing, and producing digestible content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Video Production: Film and edit high-quality videos, including real estate property tours, agent testimonials, company events, and B-roll footage.Social Media Content: Create engaging reels and videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.Photography: Capture professional agent headshots and event photos as needed.Editing: Edit videos to include transitions, captions, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance production quality.Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand messaging and marketing goals.Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video and photography equipment.Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas for content to keep up with trends in the real estate and marketing industries.QualificationsProven experience in videography, video editing, and photography.Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends in video content.Strong creative and storytelling skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.A portfolio showcasing your video and photography work.Compensation$30,000 - $40,000
