About the OpportunityWe have an opportunity for an experienced Crushing Plant Supervisor to join our team, running our Mobile Crushing Plant in the Northern and Western region of Melbourne.
You will primarily be responsible for the safe, successful, and high-quality running of the plant and leadership of the crushing operating team. Your key duties include but are not limited to:
Plan and manage the overall running of the crushing plant and screener.Ensure that workers adhere to Rokon safety policies and procedures at all times.Review budgets and KPIs for allocated crushing of aggregates.Participate in or conduct site audits, sign-offs, safety inspections, and other requirements.Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required.About YouYou must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in crushing environments in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on team management and quality of work.You are an organised and capable people person with high professional standards.Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day crushing operations.Focused on health and safety and enjoy exceeding productivity, budget, and quality targets.On OfferRokon provides a family-oriented and supportive workplace environment with training and career development opportunities.
