About the Role: Step into an exciting opportunity at Crown Resorts! We are looking for a talented and experienced Group Senior Reward Analyst to become a vital part of our team. Reporting to the Head of Remuneration and Benefits, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional remuneration expertise and shaping our Total Reward Strategy. This role will be key to delivering operational remuneration and benefits activities and supporting key projects including a Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and review reward frameworks, toolkits and guidelines that align with strategic priorities and programs of work; Assist and work with the broader team to plan, design, and evaluate employee reward programs such as salaries, short-term incentives, and benefits programs in line with organizational culture, objectives, and principles. Support job evaluation activities, such as mapping jobs and career levels, establishing salary structures, developing pay ranges, and bonus schemes aligned with job architecture. Prepare market ratio analysis, analyze survey outcomes, and help clients, countries, and stakeholders to understand the findings. Maintain a working knowledge of regulations and legislations influencing compensation and benefits (e.g., pay equity, human rights, etc.) Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and project team counterparts. Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of broader Reward & Benefits, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services. Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is highly desirable. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Strong advisory and influencing skills with key stakeholders. Resilience in a diverse and challenging environment. Knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefit practices, legislation, and market trends. Knowledge of and experience with Mercer JE framework.
