Crow Constructions are a long-established Commercial Building Company based in Shepparton, Regional Victoria. We build commercial projects generally within a 150 km radius of our head office at Shepparton. We have created a well-known brand around the Shepparton and surrounding areas and continue to deliver a wide range of Commercial projects for both the public and private sectors.
We are seeking applications from commercial construction professionals, engineers, carpenters/builders/trade professionals looking to move in a different direction, or any other individual who may be suitably experienced.
About the role To be considered for this role, the following attributes would be desired: Day-to-day administration of Commercial projects ranging from $500K - $15M Management of Programs and Scheduling Quality Management and Adherence to Specifications, Contracts, Codes, Standards, Legislation Etc Issuing RFIs and managing the RFI process Awarding sub-contractor packages, ordering materials, assessing and costing variations Assist the Site Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors. Attending site meetings and carry out site visits to review progress and assist with coordination This role will also include other general duties to assist the Construction Manager and Senior Management.
The role will be Monday to Friday office hours, and is subject to a 3-month trial period.
Skills and experience To be successful in this position you will need: Experience in construction projects, preferably commercial, and in a management or administrative capacity; however, training will be provided for the right applicant. You must possess strong written and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external parties in a high-paced environment.
