State Library of New South WalesCRM Platform ManagerDigital Experience DivisionClerk Grade 9/10 •Opportunity to lead the implementation of a new whole-of-Library CRM•Temporary full time role up to 2 years, with possible extension•Competitive remuneration package up to $149,632 p.a.
(package includes salary between $120,859 - $133,183 p.a., plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)About the State Library The State Library of New South Wales is one of Australia's oldest and most important public institutions.
Collecting actively since 1826, the Library preserves and presents the social, cultural and scientific history of our State and our Nation for the benefit of all.About the Role This is a new and exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new whole-of-Library CRM to support constituent engagement and satisfaction.
You will lead all aspects of the implementation and staged rollout, ensuring the platform delivers on the CRM strategy in alignment with business goals.Working collaboratively across the Library, you will ensure the platform meets business, functional, and technical requirements, in addition to executing stakeholder engagement plans to ensure positive client experiences.Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: •Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner / Project Manager / Change Manager on CRM systems.•Experience applying data and insight to inform decision-making.
