This newly created role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!This role can be based from our Byron Bay HQ or Varsity Lakes Office. Travel to our Brisbane Office once a month would also be expected.A Day in the LifeWork closely with cross-functional teams and lead internal stakeholders to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing activity.Lead the design, build, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing automation processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.Drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.Lead and develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are personalised, relevant and optimised, from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and analysis.Oversee platform governance, including user management, data integrity, data sharing and compliance with privacy regulations.Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate with other business systems.Report on results and provide recommendations on improvements, as well as manage budgets.Analyse campaign performance and develop robust reporting frameworks to track key metrics and ROI.To be a Front Running CandidateBachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform, including strategic direction, platform enhancement and being on the tools.Proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.Digital strategy and execution experience centered around driving business growth.Team leadership experience and a desire to lead.Experience leading CRM & MA cross-functional working group teams and managing direct reports in a business environment.Demonstrated ability to work through CRM challenges and marketing automation processes.Ability to quickly adapt strategies based on new insights, data, or feedback, aligning efforts with organisational priorities.Communicates effectively across all levels of the organisation, translating technical CRM and automation insights into actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management skills - a partnership-style approach when working with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle strategies.Passion for travel and industry knowledge is a plus!The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check.Why TripADeal?Competitive salary package.Learn, develop and advance your career within TripADeal.Fun, casual working environment, where shoes are optional.Staff travel discounts.Employee Assistance Program.$1,040 per annum of subsidised gym memberships.Access to Corporate Fitness Passport.Regular social get-togethers.Savings and discounts on groceries, electronics and homewares.Volunteer leave as part of giving back to the local community.Generous parental leave support program.See your next destination as CRM & Marketing Automation Manager for TripADeal?
