About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a CRM & Marketing Administrator. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while being the drive force behind our CRM & Marketing automation activity.
A core part of this role is data maintenance; involving loading new lead and campaign lists within our CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce) to support our marketing and sales teams deliver on our growth goals!
You will also have the opportunity to look for process improvements to streamline and ensure data maintenance across the entire business.
Additionally, you will be generating regular reporting on marketing metrics and campaign performance, using your analytical skills to identify key trends, insights and areas of improvement that help shape our marketing strategies.
You will be working closely with our Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaign activity to help optimise our website and content through the analysis of Google Analytics, Ahrefs and SEO terms.
About You
You have a strong interest in data management and organisation, any previous experience is beneficial. You will have an interest in learning and understanding CRM system administration. You are a critical thinker and have a methodical approach to problem solving and process improvement. You have proficient experience using Microsoft Excel. You will have a Business Marketing or Data Science qualification. Exposure to Salesforce and/or Marketo would be highly advantageous Exposure to Google Analytics, Ahrefs Yoast and other SEO tools would be advantageous. What can Schoolbox offer you
