Crm & Digital Marketing Manager

YOUR MISSION We currently have an opportunity to join our PUMA Moorabbin team, as a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager. The is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours pw. The purpose of this role is to define and implement the strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement and conversions, with a focus on optimizing return on investment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive traffic growth strategy, balancing paid and organic channels Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms Implement actions to boost direct traffic to the website and app Drive & coordinate a 360 Ecommerce marketing calendar Ensure an effective and segmented CRM program to enhance customer engagement Develop initiatives to drive a more seamless experience across online and stores Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals YOUR TALENT University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on marketing, , digital or related field 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or performance media Experience in briefing agencies/vendors Experience in developing and managing SEO/SEM strategy and KPIs Team leadership experience Experience managing budgets Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to think strategically and prioritise YOUR BENEFITS:
