About the Job In this pivotal role, you'll provide technical expertise and strategic support for the University's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data standards and seamless functionality to drive impactful, data-driven decisions.
You will work closely with teams across the University to optimise CRM use, safeguard data quality, and play a crucial role in the successful delivery and maintenance of the CRM's various data integrations.
As a data expert, you'll collaborate with technical teams, mentor junior staff, and represent CRM in senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the university.
UEL's CRM (Dynamics 365) delivers end-to-end communications and customer service across the student journey, from initial enquiry to alumni membership. As CRM Business Support Specialist, you will need to work confidently across multiple areas of our large CRM system, collaborating closely with various departments across the university to ensure you provide best practice and support for the entire student data lifecycle.
About You To succeed in this role, you'll need substantial experience managing technical and data aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Proficiency in Power BI, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SQL, and Visual Studio (SSDT) is required. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable CRM solutions are essential.
