You will be joining the Stockwell Retail and Marketing team to improve data quality and reporting of key business metrics to drive selling, leasing and capital raising functions.
Responsibilities: Provide 1st level app support for frontline users.
Onboard/offboard users to CRM.
Troubleshoot and resolve requests, tickets.
Provide basic CRM orientation user training.
Document system administration tasks and changes.
Maintain reconciliation between other non-interfaced systems.
Bulk data cleanse/maintenance for CRM and Marketing automation platforms.
Participate in projects as required.
Qualifications: Have moderate to advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with CRM, marketing automation and previous 1st level remote and/or in-person customer support.
Have an ability to learn new technologies with a keen mindset and willingness to expand your knowledge.
Thrive on troubleshooting.
Enjoy interacting and supporting users.
Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
