Database Development & Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Full time You will be joining the Stockwell Retail and Marketing team to improve data quality and reporting of key business metrics to drive selling, leasing and capital raising functions.
Responsibilities:Provide 1st level app support for frontline users.Onboard/offboard users to CRM.Troubleshoot and resolve requests, tickets.Provide basic CRM orientation user training.Document system administration tasks and changes.Maintain reconciliation between other non-interfaced systems.Bulk data cleanse/maintenance for CRM and Marketing automation platforms.Participate in projects as required.Qualifications:Have moderate to advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with CRM, marketing automation and previous 1st level remote and/or in-person customer support.Have an ability to learn new technologies with a keen mindset and willingness to expand your knowledge.Thrive on troubleshooting.Enjoy interacting and supporting users.Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.About Stockwell:Stockwell is a leading private property business.
