About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse with relevant post graduate qualifications. Our facility comprises of 6 Critical/Coronary Care beds. The Unit provides critical care services to a broad range of complex patients ranging from neonates to the elderly.
Nursing care is provided by a specialist trained workforce consisting of critical care and coronary care nurses with the addition of critical care and transitional year students, working together with our multi-disciplinary teams. We pride ourselves on delivering a dynamic and high level quality service to our community.
Position overview Part-time (72 hours per fortnight) Fixed term position from October 2024 until October 2025 Warrnambool Campus Registered Nurse Grade 2 Salary Range: $71,333- $95,378 pro rata, plus superannuation What you bring The successful applicant(s) will be currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with relevant post graduate critical care qualifications and experience or relevant clinical experience in a Critical Care environment with the desire to learn. Demonstrated high level clinical and problem solving skills together with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development will be highly regarded.
