Criminal Lawyer | Exciting Full-Time Opportunity About the Role: 1-3 Year PAE Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a skilled Criminal Lawyer to join their growing team in Townsville.
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, representing private clients in both summary and indictable matters.
Your responsibilities will include conducting client conferences, preparing legal submissions, negotiating with the DPP, and regularly appearing in various courts for appeals, bail applications, and breaches.
You will also work closely with top criminal barristers, providing briefs and drafting precise legal correspondence.
