Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Flexible part-time in the range of 0.4 FTE (15 hours per week) over 2 or 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Negotiable, based on experience, plus superannuation
$32 - $35 per hour

Special conditions:
You must hold a national police check and relevant Working with Vulnerable People check (or be willing to obtain) Employees of Crime Stoppers Tasmania are required to undertake a
6-month probation period.
Comply with the Crime Stoppers Tasmania Code of Conduct.
The Role:
We are seeking a well-organised, motivated, energetic and team-focussed person to expand our team.
This role will support Crime Stoppers Tasmania administration and operations.
Key Accountabilities
Provide support for Crime Stoppers activities:Campaigns Programs Events Proposals and submissions Research Distribution of information Reporting and statistics Support office administration to ensure efficient operations including:Monthly financial processes.
Operational IT requirements and systems.
Social media monitoring, and content management.
Website content development and management.
Coordinating meetings, meeting paper preparation, minutes and distribution.
Partner and supplier management and liaison.
Maintenance of client relationship database.
Board Directors in their individual and committee roles.
Merchandise distribution and control.
Media monitoring and information capture.
Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements.
Other duties as directed.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in administration and projects.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels and from all demographics, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, across multiple projects and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Environment & Conditions:
The Administration Officer will support the Team in the development and management of CST initiatives and will be required to collaborate closely within a small team environment.
This role works in a shared team space and must 'pitch-in' to assist in completing projects in a timely fashion.
The successful candidate will be required to satisfy pre-employment conviction checks and may be subject to random tests for illicit drug use.
