Join our dedicated Quality Team in Silverwater as a full-time Credits & Quality Assurance Officer! In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our customer experience by analyzing returned lenses and efficiently processing technical credits.
Collaborating closely with our Production and Customer Service teams, you'll provide invaluable feedback to drive improvements.
You'll also conduct quality assurance tests to ensure we deliver only the highest quality products to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving, prioritizing and assessing the return of lenses Quality assessment of returned lenses against Quality Standards Processing credits accurately and within the agreed timeframes Providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement Additional projects and tasks that are assigned within the Quality Team Skills & Experience: Experience in Optical Dispensing, Optical Mechanics or equivalent Laboratory experience Proficient in assessing product quality and compliance with established standards Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that credits and assessments are processed within agreed timeframes Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess returned lenses and determine appropriate actions Strong written and verbal communication skills Working at Essilor Luxottica A career with Essilor Luxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
