About the role As a Credit Risk Officer, you will support our commercial team and customers through the processing of new credit applications across Australia and New Zealand.
Working within a team, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls and email enquiries from our customers, both internal and external.
You'll be fully supported whilst learning and provided with full training so you can succeed in the position.
What's involved: Undertake administrative tasks for new applications, such as interpreting and assessing online credit reports, document management and ensuring security requirements are metCredit risk management of existing accounts for both Australia and New Zealand (Credit Limit Review Processes)Document management, reviewing and registering returned documentation as well as correctly distribution mailPhone and email support and maintaining multiple high-volume email inboxesRespond to enquiries and resolve problems concerning applications or queries for existing accounts such as credit limit increases, account changes, application troubleshooting and trade extensionsWho we're looking for You will bring a strong customer service background, coupled with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be decisive and able to make assessment decisions correctly and confidently. You can quickly problem solve issues whilst remaining calm under pressure.
You will be motivated, friendly, and approachable with well-developed interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working in a team environment, whilst being driven to work autonomously and effectively time manage your own work.
You'll need: Demonstrated customer service or administration experience, ideally working within a high-volume setting such as an inbound call centreWell-developed communication skills both written and verbalAbility to adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a high performing teamSound computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot through any system issues that may ariseWe're here to support you.
