About the role We are looking for a Credit Manager to join the high-performing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Flexibility is valued at Elders and candidates seeking a part-time role are encouraged to apply.
As the Credit Manager, your primary function will be to assist the business in ensuring that suitable credit limits are in place for clients.
Responsibilities Meet with major clients and assist with the establishment of new credit accounts. Inter-state travel is a requirement of this position. Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval. Monitor and coordinate credit reviews. Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval. Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions. Proactively engage the business, by reviewing over-limit or expired accounts. Prepare miscellaneous reports and recommendations for GM Credit and State leadership team. Role model and embed the One Elders values. About you Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (preferred but not essential). At least 5 years business management experience. Sound knowledge of credit management policies and processes. Advanced client relationship management skills. Advanced computer skills (strong excel and data analysis skills). Enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to manage a complex workload.
