At Nestlé, we are looking for a Credit Coordinator to join the team.
A key responsibility will be to review and analyse Claims Returns and Refusals, to ensure that claims are valid and assigned in line with company policy and customer business agreements.
This role is based at our Distribution Centre at Altona.
Responsibilities: Print and review ZRR Credit Requests.Validate Short Claims from customers.Liaise with Customer Service to follow up with customer queries.Coordinate the return and processing of customer return stock within Nestlé QA guidelines.Coordinate the onforwarding of stock to other Nestlé DC's, including organizing the extension of materials.Set up and maintain MLOR (minimum life on receipt) requirements.Update the Damages register.Respond to Customer Service queries promptly through email or telephone enquiries.Manage SLOC 3 CRR (Stock Location 3 Credit Return) order management.Control pallets within the credit return space.File and archive CRR and Chep paperwork.Serve as a backup to the HCN Coordinator and/or Inbound Coordinator when required.Undertake specific OMP (Operational Management Plan) projects to achieve yearly objectives.Skills and Experiences: Proficient in Distribution / Warehousing operations.Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey daily plans and collaborate within a team environment.Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities for efficient processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in SAP.Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge effectively.Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, working with minimal supervision.Proactive in seeking continuous improvement and implementing solutions.Exceptional time management skills.Highly collaborative and a strong team player.You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
