Key Responsibilities include: Responsible for managing customer accounts and cash collections. Providing timely and accurate response to customer enquiries regarding financial status of accounts. Developing and enhancing relationships with customers and stakeholders within the business. Assisting operational Customer Service Teams in resolution of disputed accounts. Production of stop service list and associated data entry. Approaching customers where required for the collection and processing of outstanding invoices to meet company and team KPI's. Working closely with colleagues and management to reduce aged debt and minimise potential risk. Who you are You are experienced in a high volume, B2B collections with strong reconciliation skills. The key to the success of this role is being customer-centric, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You'll use your analytical skills and natural ability to solve problems to great effect in this role. Timeliness and organisation are key in this role, that means knowing what to prioritise and having a clear sense of urgency. You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform. You have the ability to work independently, to make decisions and/or escalate where necessary. You'll be tech savvy and not afraid to jump in and learn new systems. Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment. Are you with us?
