Credit Control Officer

We're seeking a part-time Credit Controller to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll focus on engaging with customers to re-engage their services, ensuring a smooth credit control process.

The Role: Manage the aged debt book across all regions Maintain aged debt at appropriate levels Actively reduce the default rate Contact customers by telephone and email to chase payments for invoices Liaise with customers and third-party finance providers to provide excellent service Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely reconciliation Handle cash allocation and daily payment runs Address internal and external queries Perform ad-hoc duties as required About You: Proven experience in credit control or a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident in speaking on the phone and engaging with customers Strong mathematical and computer skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Positive can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop If you are eager to contribute to an innovative and award-winning eLearning provider, we want to hear from you.
