Credit Analyst / Parabroker - Mortgage Broker Our client is one of Australia's fastest growing mortgage brokers, providing a seamless and professional service in managing your home loan process.

The Credit Analyst/ParaBroker role has come about due to business growth and client demand.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the broking team and facilitating seamless loan processes from submission through to settlement.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to brokers, ensuring accurate and timely submissions of loan applications, and maintaining strong communication with clients and lenders.
Responsibilities: Provide support to mortgage brokers, ensuring smooth loan application processing from submission through to settlement.
Assist the brokers in preparing loan documents and working with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize aggregator software to streamline loan submissions and manage the workflow effectively.
Work closely with various lenders, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the loan process.
Use lenders' servicing calculators to assess clients' borrowing capacities and ensure loan submissions meet the required policies.
Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their loan applications and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Ensure all loan submissions meet company and regulatory standards, adhering to compliance requirements throughout the process.
Handle administrative tasks related to loan submissions and broker support, ensuring efficient workflow and organization across all processes.
Experience Required: At least 2 years' experience within the mortgage broking industry.
Excellent communication and client rapport building skills.
Some knowledge of lender policies, loan products, and credit standards.
Ability to work as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
