About the role The Pitcher Partners Melbourne Finance team is a team of highly skilled professionals who offer a wide range of services to our external clients as well as to our internal staff & Partners.
This is role is responsible for full-function credit control in managing all aspects of debtor's exposure and collections for the firm.
This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
Key responsibilities Full function credit control responsibilities of a large debtor's ledger of approximately 900 accounts Reducing the firms overall aged debtor's exposure Minimizing the number of accounts with aged debts across the ledger.
Focusing on minimizing accounts outside of our 30-day payment terms Liaising regularly (Monthly meeting) with Partners to assist with the collection of their clients outstanding debts.
Responding to client account queries and following up staff internally for resolution of said queries Process improvements, other ad hoc duties including banking & allocation duties when needed and general support to the firm & Finance team when required Month end reporting as required by Credit Manager Provision of Support with internal tasks to our client facing staff Who we're after Here are the some of the key skills we're looking for.

You have prior experience working as a Credit professional, with a proven track record in a similar role You are a self-motivated individual who thrives in managing a large client ledger with a full end to end collection process You have advanced Microsoft Office application skills and knowledge of APS/PIQ would be strongly regarded How to apply If you can see yourself as part of a team that's about developing meaningful relationships with your clients and your colleagues, and leading with the best ideas, we want to hear from you.
