The Role The firm is currently seeking a Credit Administration Officer to join our busy Finance team in the Melbourne CBD on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, your primary objectives will be to efficiently manage and administer the departments email inboxes & various other administration tasks while maintaining and developing client relationships, both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering telephone queries and providing credit related customer service Reviewing unidentified Bank Deposits & Trust Account reconciliations & Statements Sending Reminder Statements and Final Notices Monitor and action of the departments email inbox Process Credit Card payments Updating client details on all returned Statement of Accounts Processing of mail Ad-hoc support to the Credit Officers & Finance team Who We Are Looking For The successful applicant will reliable, enthusiastic and possess excellent customer service skills, very good attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills and be familiar with the Microsoft suite of products. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year office administration and or Credit related experience.
